IRE blockchain

A Cosmos SDK proof-of-stake chain. Send IRE, inscribe on the chain itself, earn usage points, and activate unique Crypto Broker agents. Network gas feeds the Volt. This paper is the public spec. It is not a securities offering and not a licensed brokerage.

What IRE is

IRE is a Cosmos SDK + CometBFT chain. Chain ID ire-1. Base denom uire (6 decimals). Consensus is proof-of-stake: validators sign votes. There is no GPU mining. This domain, boomer250.com, is the public home for the chain, the Volt, this paper, and Crypto Brokers activation.

ire-1 is a public testnet with one validator. A public seed exists in Falkenstein. Do not send real money, list a token, or treat this as mainnet until independent validators, a treasury multisig, an external audit, and legal are in place.

Token and supply

Genesis supply is 1,000,000,000,000 IRE, minted once. Annual provisions are 0. The running binary does not inflate uire. Changing that would take a hard fork every validator opts into. Market cap is price times supply. The chain cannot cap price.

Minimum gas price 0.001uire. Gas is how you pay to use the network.

Volt (IRE Vault)

The vault is the Cosmos community pool, not a company wallet. Address ire1jv65s3grqf6v6jl3dp4t6c9t9rk99cd8nanfuy. Genesis community_tax is 2% of gas. Proposal 001 can set it to 100% so usage fees stay with the chain. Governance spends the vault on rewards, airdrops, and ops. Anyone can fund it. Live board: Vault.

What you can do

  • Wallet — look up an ire1, share a receive link, copy a send command. This host never holds a key.
  • Profile — inscribe X, Telegram, Discord, and a site onto your address (ire-id memo, 256 characters).
  • Create — launch a token, art, file, or game inscription. On-chain memos, not IPFS.
  • Markets — yes/no boards as inscriptions. Protocol fee 0%. No escrow in the running binary.
  • Mempool — live blocks.
  • Points — usage score (send 1, inscribe +5, markets +10, fund Volt +20). Not IRE. Not a listed token.

Crypto Brokers (5,000 agents)

A 5,000-piece NFT collection. Each token is a unique agent with its own primary asset. No two brokers share the same book. Chain: Robinhood Chain (EVM chainId 4663).
