Every id 1–5000 maps to one skill via a deterministic hash: unique skillId and unique name (desk × role × pair × timeframe × risk). Each capability declares its real input, output, data source, and hard execution boundary. Desks use public APIs (Kraken ticker, Kraken futures, Solana/Jupiter watch, ire-1 RPC, market-data read, Robinhood Blockscout, Combat DEA via Blockscout, IRE Volt). They produce timestamped desk tickets; they cannot broadcast transactions or control wallets. Art uses a small set of shared 3D head styles — not 5000 unique 3D models.
