Independent operators wanted
Help make IRE resilient.
IRE needs independent validators in different locations and under different ownership before any mainnet launch. Validators run a full node, verify blocks, participate in consensus, and keep the network available without trusting the original operator.
1. Run and sync a node. Build from the published source, use the published genesis and seed, and keep P2P 26656 reachable.
2. Keep your own keys. Create the validator key only on your server, fund self-delegation, and submit your own create-validator transaction.
3. Operate independently. Monitor uptime, upgrades, signatures, backups, and security. Never share a mnemonic, priv_validator_key.json, or server login with IRE.
Why validate? On a future mainnet, validator economics must be approved and funded transparently: transaction fees and any pre-allocated validator-rewards pool can support operators and delegators. ire-1 has no inflation and no guaranteed validator income—today, participation is testnet work and helps qualify the network for a safer launch.
Current status
ire-1 is a public testnet, still a single-validator network. A non-validator public seed is up in Falkenstein. This domain, boomer250.com, is the public home for IRE: docs, Volt, whitepaper, Crypto Brokers activation, and a same-origin read-only proxy at /rpc/ and /api/. It is not a seed or P2P endpoint, and cannot serve ports 26656 or 26657.

IRE Sentinel
IRE Sentinel is the local, read-only chain-security agent. It checks the local node’s chain ID, sync status, supply, inflation, and validator health, then writes timestamped reports. It cannot sign transactions, access node keys, change node configuration, or deploy contracts. It can use GPT-5.6 Sol for a concise evidence-based assessment after you store your own OpenAI project key in the macOS Keychain.

Smart contracts
The CosmWasm contracts live in contracts/. They are not in the running ired binary yet (/cosmwasm on LCD is Not Implemented; there is no wasm in app_state). Run their tests with:

Deploy immutable contracts with --no-admin. The CW20 wrapper removes any configured minter at instantiation. The CW721 contract intentionally permits its configured collection minter to issue NFTs; choose and protect that minter before deployment.
Mainnet launch gate
ire-1 is a public testnet with one validator — not mainnet. A public seed now exists. Still missing: independent validators, a public RPC/domain, a final allocation, a treasury multisig, an external audit, and legal. Do not put real value on this network until those gates are complete.
