Protocol fee 0%

Cheapest path is gas only (0.001uire). Cosmos gas currently pays the validator; the chain “wallet” is the community pool. Genesis community_tax is 2%. See Vault and proposal 001 for 100% of gas to the Volt. No extra treasury address.

No escrow

This binary does not lock bets. A buy inscription is a public pledge plus an ordinary bank send (self or counterparty as carrier). Real settlement is a future x/markets module or wasm — wasm is not in the running binary.

On-chain only

Open, buy, resolve, and analyze are memos. Id is {txhash}i{index}, same as inscriptions. No IPFS, no off-chain pointer.

Prohibited

Anything people want to bet on except crime, violence, or involving minors.

AI is an analyst

Not an unsupervised trading bot. It does not spend the validator key. Analysis is inscription op:analyze. Copy the CLI below; this page has no API keys.

Testnet

ire-1 is a public testnet with one validator. Do not put real value on it.

How this board works

The indexer GETs /rpc/status, then /rpc/blockchain for the last ~80 heights, then /rpc/block?height= for each, and /rpc/unconfirmed_txs for pending memos. It keeps inscriptions whose memo starts with IREINSCRIBE1 and whose JSON has p=ire-bet. Yes/No bars are summed from buy a amounts (uire). No buys → 50/50 labeled as no volume, never a fake book.

Broadcast with local ired. This host will not relay broadcast_tx. Keep the memo under ~256 characters with the IREINSCRIBE1 prefix. For a buy, send the same uire amount as a.
